Beeswax (C46H92O) is a naturally derived substance that has the potential to be used as solid fuel for hybrid rocket applications and substitute paraffin wax in rockets. BW burns more efficiently than because of oxygen molecule it contains. The low thermal stability poor mechanical properties limit its practical use upper-stage propulsion applications, these issues are rarely addressed literature on This study investigates ballistic using ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) activated charcoal (AC) an additive. BW–EVA/AC compositions was analyzed thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). blended improved significantly. A laboratory-scale motor evaluate such aspects performance regression rate, characteristic velocity, combustion efficiency. results revealed pure exhibited higher rate 26.5% at oxidizer mass flux 96.4 kg/m2-s compared blends. addition EVA AC found increase experimental velocity efficiency BW-based from 62% 94% when 20 wt.% 2 were added into matrix.
